today i'm grateful for my Big Girl job that i work part-time...on my way in, i have to pass an automobile plant that just closed - more jobs gone. i'm also grateful for my incredible little puppy who has the best snuggler in the business! i'm grateful for the elderly woman who called today just to say how much she appreciated our services. that call came in between 2 peole screaming obscenities. really now...do people think they're talking to a machine or video game when they call a customer service line? remember - you may be talking to ME when you call about a bill, or to complain about something. then you'll end up in my blog!
